She focuses on partnering with local small businesses and nonprofit organizations and empowering them through the process of finding, developing, and building their new spaces.

Most notably as a consultant to the Lake Street Council helping businesses damaged by the 2020 uprising connect with minority-owned firms and as the Director of Real Estate for the Creative Opportunity Zone in Saint Paul.

Three Questions with Nancy:

What do you do?

I am working to build a better community by helping organizations, and individuals discover their potential when they invest in building a space that aligns with their values, aesthetics, and budget.

What are you most proud of?

Starting my own construction firm as an indigenous woman in the industry and helping other minority entrepreneurs do the same.

What is your favorite part of the job?

I am most proud of my work when I see a client thriving in their new space long after the project is complete.

Let's Work Together!
